        與歡樂指尖保留終止任何180天未使用的帳戶的權利。

        與歡樂指尖保留隨時停止提供及/或支持服務的權利，且與歡樂指尖不需要向用戶提供任何與該服務終止相關的退款、福利或其他賠償。

        您可以隨時因任何原因終止您的帳戶。

    <h2>4. 登入資訊與帳戶</h2>

        在建立帳戶的過程中，您需要提供使用者名稱和/或電子郵件地址以及密碼（“登入資訊”）。

        您不得與他人分享您的帳戶或登入資訊，也不得讓任何人訪問帳戶或做出可能危及帳戶安全的任何操作。

        您完全負責維護您的登入資訊的保密性，包括所有類型的購買，無論是否經您授權。

        您對帳戶中所發生的所有事情負有全部責任。

        與歡樂指尖保留隨時和出於任何原因刪除或收回使用者名稱的權利，包括但不限於第三方聲明某個使用者名稱侵犯了第三方的權利。

    <h2>5. 行為準則</h2>

        您同意遵守以下行為準則（“行為準則”）：遵守第三方移動平台提供商（如Apple和Google）對您下載與歡樂指尖服務的條款和條件，包括有關通過平台進行應用內購買的條款；

        在任何情況下，不得嘗試訪問或獲取其他使用者的帳戶或登入資訊；

        不得使用作弊、利用漏洞、黑客技術、機器人、模組或任何未經授權的第三方軟體來修改、干擾或破壞服務；

        不得開發、分發或公開告知其他使用者有關“自動”軟體程序、“宏”軟體程序或其他“作弊工具”軟體程序或應用，這些行為違反服務條款；

        不得利用、分發或公開告知其他使用者任何遊戲錯誤、誤操作或錯誤，這些錯誤可能帶來不正當的優勢；

        不得干擾、過度負擔、協助或幫助修改、干擾或破壞服務或其他服務相關環境；

        不得進行任何類型的攻擊，包括但不限於分發病毒或其他破壞服務或其他使用者使用服務的嘗試；

        不得發送、張貼、傳輸或提供任何可能具有侮辱性、威脅性、非法、猥褻、誹謗、毀謗或包含裸露、過度暴力、種族、宗教、性別或其他令人反感或冒犯的內容的材料和/或信息；

        不得創建虛假身份或冒充他人或實體，包括但不限於虛假顯示您是與歡樂指尖公司正式代表、論壇或社區板塊的版主、其他使用者或主持人，及/或虛假顯示自己是名人或公共人物；

        透過服務，不得提供任何侵犯他人版權、商標、專利、商業機密、隱私權、公開權或其他任何個人或實體的權利的材料或信息；

        不得騷擾、濫用、威脅或霸凌其他玩家或與歡樂指尖員工，包括與歡樂指尖客戶服務代表；

        不得嘗試未經授權訪問服務、已註冊帳戶或其他帳戶，或訪問提供服務部分的網絡，包括繞過或修改、嘗試繞過或修改、或協助或鼓勵任何其他人繞過或修改服務中的任何安全、技術、設備或軟體；

        不得參與任何修改、反向工程、反編譯、拆解、解碼或以其他方式嘗試獲取提供與歡樂指尖服務的任何底層軟體和/或其他知識產權的源代碼；

        不得為商業目的購買、銷售、交易或廣告銷售任何虛擬貨幣、物品或遊戲帳戶；

        不得不當使用與歡樂指尖的支持服務，包括提交虛假報告；除非法律允許或開源許可的存在及應用，否則您不得修改、反向工程、反編譯、拆解、解碼或以其他方式嘗試獲取提供服務或任何與歡樂指尖遊戲的任何底層軟體或其他知識產權的源代碼。

        不遵守此行為準則可能會導致您的帳戶被暫停或撤銷，與歡樂指尖保留決定哪些行為構成違規的權利，並有權根據需要採取行動。

    <h2>6. 用戶內容 / 用戶互動</h2>
    <p>
        與歡樂指尖不認可任何用戶提供的用戶內容（如粉絲藝術、博客、維基、討論論壇、帖子、聊天、數位影像、影片及/或任何其他由用戶創建的媒體形式），且每個用戶對其提供的用戶內容負有全部責任，我們明確免責對用戶內容的任何暗示性保證。

        與歡樂指尖不會，也無法對所有用戶內容進行預審或監控。與歡樂指尖不負責監控服務中用戶的任何不當或非法通訊。您使用服務風險自負。不過，我們保留在必要時封鎖、刪除、拒絕發布或編輯用戶內容的權利。

        服務可能包括各種論壇、博客和聊天功能，您可以在這些地方發布用戶內容，包括您對指定主題的觀察和評論。與歡樂指尖無法保證其他成員不會使用您共享的想法和信息。因此，如果您有希望保持機密並且不希望他人使用的想法或信息，請不要在服務上發布它。與歡樂指尖不會參與也不會對您選擇提交的任何想法或信息進行評估、使用或賠償。

        關於您的用戶生成內容，您特此授予與歡樂指尖一個非獨占、可再授權、不可撤銷和免版稅的全球許可，該許可涵蓋所有版權、商標、專利、商業機密、隱私和公開權及其他知識產權，授權與歡樂指尖複製、重製、修復、適配、修改、創建衍生作品、製造、商業化、發行、銷售、許可、再許可、轉讓、租賃、傳輸、公開展示、公開表演、或提供與歡樂指尖電子廣播、通訊公開、顯示、表演、進入計算機記憶、使用和實踐的權利（包括但不限於Facebook、Twitter和YouTube等第三方網站和平台），無需另行通知您，無論是否給予您歸屬，且無需向您或任何其他人或實體支付費用。

        您進一步特此授予與歡樂指尖無條件、不可撤銷的使用權，使用並開發您的姓名、肖像以及任何其他包含在任何用戶內容中的信息或材料，無需向您支付任何費用。除法律禁止的情況外，您放棄您在您的用戶內容中可能擁有的任何署名權和/或道德權利，無論您的用戶內容是否經過修改或變更。與歡樂指尖不聲明對您的用戶內容擁有任何所有權，本服務條款中的任何內容都不旨在限制您使用和開發您的用戶內容的權利。

    <h2>7. 購買條款</h2>
    <p>
        服務允許您“賺取”遊戲內物品。您也可以使用真實貨幣購買某些遊戲內物品的使用許可。遊戲內物品，包括“硬幣”、“水晶”以及遊戲內的任何其他虛擬貨幣，僅供個人非商業娛樂用途，無法在遊戲之外擁有獨立價值，不能兌換現金，只是您有限許可的度量。

        與歡樂指尖不控制或管理付款過程；請在進行任何應用內購買之前，查看相關平台提供商（例如Apple的iOS、Google的Android等）的條款和條件。

        與歡樂指尖可隨時管理、調節、控制、修改或刪除遊戲內物品和/或商品（任何其他商品或服務），無論是否提前通知。與歡樂指尖對於行使此權利而對您或任何第三方造成的任何損害概不負責。

        除非服務中明確授權，否則您不得銷售、兌換或以其他方式轉讓遊戲內物品或商品給任何人或實體，包括但不限於與歡樂指尖、其他使用者或任何第三方。

        透過服務進行的所有第三方虛擬貨幣購買和兌換都是最終且不可退款的。您確認，無論是與歡樂指尖還是任何移動平台提供商均不需要為任何原因提供退款，且在帳戶關閉時（無論該關閉是自願的還是非自願的），您將無法收到未使用遊戲內物品的退款或其他補償。如果您未收到通過平台提供商購買的遊戲內物品，您可以根據該平台的退款政策直接向平台提供商請求退款。

    <h2>8. 所有權 / 商標和版權</h2>

        所有服務的權利、所有權和利益（包括但不限於任何遊戲、標題、計算機代碼、主題、物品、角色、角色名稱、故事、對話、口號、概念、藝術作品、動畫、聲音、音樂作品、視聽效果、操作方法、道具、音效、軟體、外觀、範式、功能和數據）均由與歡樂指尖擁有並且受相應版權法、商標法、專利法、商業秘密法以及其他知識產權法律的保護。

        您同意不會以任何方式或形式複製、模仿、複製、修改、創建衍生作品、發行、銷售、轉讓或分發與歡樂指尖服務中的任何內容，並且不會侵犯與歡樂指尖或任何第三方的知識產權。服務中所使用的所有商標、服務標誌和商業名稱（例如：與歡樂指尖、遊戲標誌及其他標識）均屬與歡樂指尖的財產，並且未經許可不得使用。
    </p>

    <h2>9. 不受與歡樂指尖控制的服務</h2>
    <p>
        某些產品可能會提供讓您以與歡樂指尖無法控制的方式使用服務的選項。例如，您可能會被允許在與歡樂指尖未擁有或控制的伺服器上使用服務。與歡樂指尖對您在這些服務上使用與歡樂指尖軟體概不負責，且對這些服務的提供、管理或運營無控制權。任何使用非與歡樂指尖控制的服務，均完全由您自行承擔風險，並且您將受到該第三方提供的額外或不同的條款和限制的約束。

        <h2>1. Acceptance of Terms</h2>

            This agreement ("Terms of Service") governs the relationship between you and Hong Kong Happy Fingertip Technology Co., Limited and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Happy Fingertip Technology" or "we") regarding your access to and/or use of Happy Fingertip Technology games, websites, forums, and any other existing services (collectively, the "Services").

            Please read these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before accessing and/or using the Services, as these are legally binding agreements between you and Happy Fingertip Technology.

            You may not use our Services unless you are at least 13 years old (16 in Europe) and able to form a valid contract (unless your parent or legal guardian agrees), and are not prohibited from using the Services under the applicable laws of your country/region. If you are not of legal age in your country/region, you need to confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service. You acknowledge and understand that some of our Services may have age restrictions, which may vary depending on country, region, operating system, platform, etc. If you are under the applicable age, please do not install, play, access, or use our Services.

            When you use the Services, you indicate that you have understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, you may not use the Services.

            Happy Fingertip Technology reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time and may publish updated versions at its sole discretion. If you do not agree to any part of the current version of the Terms of Service, you must stop using the Services.

            You are responsible for protecting your device and should take immediate measures to ensure account security if you suspect your account has been lost, stolen, or used by a third party.

        <h2>2. Limited License</h2>

            Subject to your agreement and continued compliance with the Terms of Service, including any other relevant Happy Fingertip Technology policies, Happy Fingertip Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license, and subject to the following restrictions, allows you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Services for any other purpose.

            You are fully responsible for taking care of your device and account, especially for unauthorized use of the Services or unauthorized use of credit cards and/or other payment methods (such as PayPal and/or other payment methods), which may be carried out by minors.

            The license covers updates, extensions, and add-ons provided by Happy Fingertip Technology.

            You may not use the Services if you are a convicted criminal or have been banned from using the Services.
        </p>

        <h2>3. Suspension and Termination</h2>
        <p>
            Happy Fingertip Technology may, at its sole discretion, terminate, restrict, suspend, modify, or delete users' accounts or access to Happy Fingertip Technology Services, and prohibit or deny access to games and their content.

            Therefore, if you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service, or if Happy Fingertip Technology suspects you of any illegal and/or improper use of the Services, Happy Fingertip Technology shall not be liable for any loss or consequences caused by the above circumstances.

            Happy Fingertip Technology reserves the right to terminate any account that has not been used for 180 days.

            Happy Fingertip Technology reserves the right to stop providing and/or supporting the Services at any time, and Happy Fingertip Technology does not need to provide users with any refunds, benefits, or other compensation related to the termination of the Service.

            You may terminate your account at any time for any reason.

        <h2>4. Login Information and Account</h2>
        <p>
            During the account creation process, you will need to provide a username and/or email address and password ("Login Information").

            You must not share your account or login information with others, nor allow anyone to access the account or perform any operations that might compromise account security.

            You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, including all types of purchases, whether authorized by you or not.

            You have full responsibility for everything that happens in your account.

            Happy Fingertip Technology reserves the right to delete or reclaim usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to third-party claims that a username infringes on third-party rights.

        <h2>5. Code of Conduct</h2>
        <p>
            You agree to comply with the following code of conduct ("Code of Conduct"): Comply with the terms and conditions of third-party mobile platform providers (such as Apple and Google) for downloading Happy Fingertip Technology Services, including terms related to in-app purchases through the platform;

            Under no circumstances attempt to access or obtain other users' accounts or login information;

            Do not use cheats, exploits, hacks, bots, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify, interfere with, or disrupt the Services;

            Do not develop, distribute, or publicly inform other users about "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs, or other "cheat utility" software programs or applications that violate the Terms of Service;

            Do not exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other users of any game bugs, glitches, or errors that may provide an unfair advantage;

            Do not interfere with, overburden, assist, or help modify, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or other service-related environments;

            Do not engage in any type of attack, including but not limited to distributing viruses or other attempts to disrupt the Services or other users' use of the Services;

            Do not send, post, transmit, or provide any material and/or information that may be offensive, threatening, illegal, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or contains nudity, excessive violence, racial, religious, gender, or other offensive or objectionable content;

            Do not create false identities or impersonate other persons or entities, including but not limited to falsely displaying that you are an official representative of Happy Fingertip Technology, a forum or community section moderator, other users or hosts, and/or falsely displaying yourself as a celebrity or public figure;

            Through the Services, do not provide any material or information that infringes on the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any individual or entity;

            Do not harass, abuse, threaten, or bully other players or Happy Fingertip Technology employees, including Happy Fingertip Technology customer service representatives;

            Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, registered accounts, or other accounts, or access networks that provide parts of the Services, including bypassing or modifying, attempting to bypass or modify, or assisting or encouraging any other person to bypass or modify any security, technology, device, or software in the Services;

            Do not engage in any modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, decoding, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of any underlying software and/or other intellectual property that provides Happy Fingertip Technology Services;

            Do not purchase, sell, trade, or advertise the sale of any virtual currency, items, or game accounts for commercial purposes;

            Do not improperly use Happy Fingertip Technology's support services, including submitting false reports; unless permitted by law or the existence and application of open source licenses, you may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of any underlying software or other intellectual property that provides the Services or any Happy Fingertip Technology games.

            Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or revocation of your account, and Happy Fingertip Technology reserves the right to determine which actions constitute violations and to take action as necessary.
        </p>

        <h2>6. User Content / User Interaction</h2>
        <p>
            Happy Fingertip Technology does not endorse any user-provided user content (such as fan art, blogs, wikis, discussion forums, posts, chats, digital images, videos, and/or any other media forms created by users), and each user is fully responsible for the user content they provide. We expressly disclaim any implied warranties regarding user content.

            Happy Fingertip Technology will not and cannot pre-screen or monitor all user content. Happy Fingertip Technology is not responsible for monitoring any inappropriate or illegal communications by users in the Services. You use the Services at your own risk. However, we reserve the right to block, delete, refuse to publish, or edit user content when necessary.

            The Services may include various forums, blogs, and chat features where you can post user content, including your observations and comments on designated topics. Happy Fingertip Technology cannot guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information you share. Therefore, if you have ideas or information that you wish to keep confidential and do not want others to use, please do not post them on the Services. Happy Fingertip Technology will not participate in or compensate you for any ideas or information you choose to submit.

            You are fully responsible for all information you post or associate with the Services, and you are responsible for the information you provide to others. Happy Fingertip Technology may refuse to publish or delete any user content for any reason (or no reason), especially when the content violates the Terms of Service.

            You are fully responsible for your interactions with other players, and Happy Fingertip Technology reserves the right but has no obligation to get involved in handling any disputes in the Services. You will fully cooperate with Happy Fingertip Technology in investigating any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or improper activities, including granting Happy Fingertip Technology access to any password-protected sections of your account, without limitation.

            If you have a dispute with one or more users, you should indemnify Happy Fingertip Technology (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) against all claims, demands, and all kinds of damages (actual and consequential) arising from that dispute, including known and unknown damages.
        </p>

        <h2>6.1 User Generated Content License</h2>
        <p>
            Regarding your user-generated content, you hereby grant Happy Fingertip Technology a non-exclusive, sublicensable, irrevocable, and royalty-free global license, covering all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy and publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights, authorizing Happy Fingertip Technology to copy, reproduce, repair, adapt, modify, create derivative works, commercialize, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, lease, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, or provide electronic broadcasting, public communication, display, performance, enter computer memory, use and practice rights (including but not limited to third-party websites and platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube), without further notice to you, whether or not you are attributed, and without paying any fees to you or any other person or entity.

            You further hereby grant Happy Fingertip Technology an unconditional, irrevocable right to use and develop your name, likeness, and any other information or material included in any user content, without paying you any fees. Except where prohibited by law, you waive any attribution rights and/or moral rights you may have in your user content, whether or not your user content has been modified or altered. Happy Fingertip Technology does not claim any ownership of your user content, and nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit your rights to use and develop your user content.
        </p>

        <h2>7. Purchase Terms</h2>
        <p>

            Happy Fingertip Technology does not control or manage the payment process; please review the terms and conditions of the relevant platform provider (e.g., Apple's iOS, Google's Android, etc.) before making any in-app purchases.

            Happy Fingertip Technology may manage, regulate, control, modify, or delete in-game items and/or goods (any other goods or services) at any time, with or without prior notice. Happy Fingertip Technology is not responsible for any damage caused to you or any third party by exercising this right.

            Unless explicitly authorized in the Services, you may not sell, redeem, or otherwise transfer in-game items or goods to any person or entity, including but not limited to Happy Fingertip Technology, other users, or any third party.

            All third-party virtual currency purchases and exchanges made through the Services are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge that neither Happy Fingertip Technology nor any mobile platform provider needs to provide refunds for any reason, and when your account is closed (whether voluntarily or involuntarily), you will not receive refunds or other compensation for unused in-game items. If you do not receive in-game items purchased through a platform provider, you can request a refund directly from the platform provider according to that platform's refund policy.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the Services (e.g., Happy Fingertip Technology, game logos, and other identifiers) are the property of Happy Fingertip Technology and may not be used without permission.
